    The more the xyphoid gets out the bigger the flap.

    This was testing out different starts for 5-10-5.

    Interesting.   This is what I was wondering in the IG post  - is this a lineman pulling.

    Id imagine the flap could be adjusted based on where he is pulling too or how far?     Looks like the first flap where he gets big could really get him going outside of the tackle box.  Im no lineman expert but have spent a lot of time with scouts.   I know a lot of the techniques are situational dependent.
